TryBooking Integration
Integration of TryBooking ticketing platform with the Pride intelligence dashboard. TryBooking manages event bookings and ticket sales for Pride’s live music, DJ, and special event programming.
Scope
- Event listings, bookings, and capacity tracking
- Ticket revenue attribution and event-level profit/loss analysis
- Customer contact data (purchaser emails) for audience segmentation
- Refund and cancellation tracking
Not in scope — attendance: TryBooking holds ticket sales, not actual attendance. Door attendance data has never been retained (paper lists discarded, no scanning) — see TryBooking Attendance Data Loss. Any “attendance” figures derived from this integration are ticket counts, not verified attendance.
Data Flow
TryBooking event and revenue data feeds into the intelligence dashboard’s event reporting layer, enabling performance analysis by event type, date, and promotion, alongside Square cash and card data.
Current Status
TryBooking is an active booking channel. API verified working 2 Apr 2026 (HTTP Basic Auth, Key1:Key2 format; 199 events visible; sales endpoints capped at 180-day date ranges) — full details in technology/trybooking-api-integration.md. CSV export remains the fallback path.
